Thursday of last week
saw 8 of the District’s finest young women applicants come together to vie for
the 5 scholarships which would send them to Brown University for the Women
& Leadership course. This course is arguably the best course offered
by the Ivy League Connection. The young women who attend this course
return home transformed. They learn skills that often turn them into
powerful young female leaders.
